Demonstrate your worth

What if Your Ideas are Continually Unsupported?

If you’ve got meetings moving in a positive idea-generating way, and coming up with lots of practical added-value suggestions, yet senior budget holders are not taking any notice - even of obvious winners - then you should consider a move.

Tell your local headhunter that you’ve attended -x- meetings in the last 12 months, and generated -y- added-value ideas, and had nil support because the organisation is structurally incapable of change for the better.

List the ideas. Demonstrate your worth. Get a better job.
